::My
Little Pony Information:: ::"No Country Ponies":: |
Every pony had to come from some place. If your pony has the copyright and Hasbro's copyright on one hoof, please also check the Argentinean and Greek sections, because these are marked in the same manner as NC (No Country) ponies. If your pony has no markings at all (all four feet are blank; no traces of print ever being there), she is probably Greek. I have never seen a pony with blank hooves that is from anywhere else, but you never know. If she a triangle shape in one hoof and no other marking, I believe she is also Greek. There is a group of NC ponies that I believe may actually be Spanish. Some of them I am fairly certain about. Check out the Spanish section for more information; your pony may be listed there instead. Several that are listed in this section may also be Spanish, but I will wait until I find their double with Spain on the hoof to move them over. Below you will notice a wide variety of ponies, and even more not listed here. This isn't a complete guide, just a short guide to get an idea of what constitures NC ponies. |
Baby
Lemondrop (earth pony) is yellow with lilac hair and tail and light
lavender drops. She has lilac eyes. She is in Ember's pose.
Thanks to SailorSaturn for use of this photograph. Blossom
(earth pony) is green with yellow hair and yellow blossoms. She
has blue eyes. The regular U. S. version is purple with lavender hair
and white blossoms. There is another NC version that is aqua blue
with pale pink hair. I do not think she is a Spanish version;
she could be Greek or South America or have other origins. Blossom
(version 2) is green (similar to color above) with pink hair and dark
green blossoms. She is in the same style as the pony above; the
are most like from similar places. Bowtie
(earth pony) is blue with light pink hair and light pink bows.
This is the version that is comparative to the UK Bowtie with her head
facing forward. Her body seems to be more slender than the
UK version. Thanks to SailorSaturn for use of this photograph. Confetti
(earth pony) is white with light coral, pink, aqua and chartreuse
hair and pink and green confetti. She has lavender eyes.
Her hair is longer than the U. S. version. She differs from the
U. S. version and International versions in that her confetti
is pink and not maroon. I believe she is Spanish, but I am still
looking for the other version for proof. Thanks
to Roswita for the photograph. Lemondrop
(earth pony) is yellow with purple hair and purple drops. Sugarberry
(earth pony) is white with red hair and a twice as fancy strawberry
symbol. She has blue eyes and is standing in Tootsie's pose (instead
of the U. S. pose). She has a strawberry on her forehead.
She could a Spanish pony, she has many Spanish characteristics.
