Mint in Package Item Listings:: Year 3 (1984) |
Every Mint in Package Pony in Year 3 came with a puffy sticker that was sold within the U. S. I have seen International versions with flat stickers instead of puffy stickers. The puffy stickers should feature the pony that is in the packaging; however, sometimes Hasbro didn't always match the correct stickers up. For this reason, for example, you might find Baby Blossom with Baby Cotton Candy's sticker. |

International: In many places, such as France, the Baby Ponies were the same as the U. S. There are slight packaging differences, but the same accessories. The written language on the package was often different. There are sets, however, such as in Germany, that the Baby Ponies are different. For example the baby came just with a single white bottle and no accessories.
Internationally, accessories may vary; most came with flat stickers.
Earth Ponies
International versions: Many versions came with moon comb instead of butterfly brush. There are many International versions of these particular ponies. Some include the Non So Soft Versions, which bear a striking resemblence to these versions but were made from the molds of the U. S. So Soft Ponies without the flocking. There is also white version of Tootsie, and versions of Applejack and Bowtie in the Collector's pose.

Note that the German versions came with the same brush (minus decal sticker), comb, and ribbon; though the packaging varies from the U. S. versions. There is also a version of Confetti in the shy pose that comes with a wedding outfit, the set is called Confetti Wearing Wedding Bells.
International versions: I know of no known International variations of these particular versions. However, Year 2 Sea Ponies have several variations, Sea Ponies.
