Secret Surprise Friends
Bright Bramley (earth pony) is orange with
pink and yellow hair and a pink
tail. She has a pink apple symbol. She came with a globe (either
pink and blue or green and blue), pink lunchbox, pink or green round rimmed
glasses, book and notebook and a pink flower comb. The center of the
flower has a hold in it (for a gold cord to loop through).
Studieuse is the French name for Bright Bramley.
Nurse Wingsong (earth pony) is purple with purple and dark pink hair with
two blue birds for her symbol. She came with a white or aqua flower doctor
bag with a pink cross in the center, blue or white nurse hat, nurse stickers,
white or aqua spoon, aqua or white medicine container, pink flower comb.
She also came with a pink flower hair comb. The center of the flower has a
hold in it (for a gold cord to loop through).
Her French name is Caline. There are two versions her, they are
both the same, but accessories differ. Both sets of accessories are
pictured. Also, in 2002 a similar version to Nurse Wingsong is issued,
called Medicine.
Tender Families (Mother and Baby
Ponies)
Tender families each came with a mom and
baby. Two different sets were released this year, the regular versions and
the light up versions. Two Tender
Families returned in 2001, the following year.

Sun Sparkle (English--Sundance) and Sunbeam
(earth ponies) came with yellow and orange flower stroller, purple flower hair
comb, and two small purple flower barrettes. Sun Sparkle is
pink with yellow and purple hair and a purple tail. Her symbol is an
orange sun. Press tail to make head move. Sunbeam is
pink with yellow hair and an orange sun (with a smiley face). Pictured:
Top
Sweet Berry and Honey Berry (earth ponies) came
with an aqua cradle, yellow flower comb, yellow flower ring, yellow butterfly
clip. Sweet Berry is lavender with dark pink and a light
pink tail. Her symbol is light pink with two pink heart berries. Her
leg turns and head lifts. Honey Berry is lavender pink with
dark pink hair. Her symbol is a pink rattle with a heart shaped head (the
head of the rattle has a smiley face in it). Pictured: Left, bottom.
Light Heart and Tickle Heart (earth
ponies) came with a green charm holder, yellow perfume comb, purple bracelet,
and several charms (yellow butterfly, orange bird, pink bunny). Light
Heart is white with (pink forelock), orange, pink and purple hair.
Her symbol is pink and yellow hearts. Turn the know on her tail to make
her head turn. Tickle Heart is white with orange, pink
and purple hair and pink heart symbol (heart has a smiley face inside of it).

The versions below were released later in the year and they also were part of
the Light Up Versions. Two sets of them, Silver Swirl and Twinkle
Star, are also Princesses.

Twinkle Star and Baby Twinkles (earth ponies) came with purple star wand
and star purple charm (rocker bottom) and purple crown comb. They are both
pink with dark pink glittery hair. Twinkle Star has a pink
star symbol with blue accents; her star symbol lights up when side button is
pressed. Baby Twinkle's symbol is a blue shooting star.

Silver Swirl and Baby Swirly (unicorn and baby earth pony) are white with
white hair with silver tinsel in their hair. They have silver swirling
symbols and silver hooves. Silver Swirl has a yellow horn
that lights up. Baby Swirly has an orange horn headband.
They come with an orange spinning top and a aqua crown comb. Pictured:

Morning Glory and Baby Dew (earth ponies) came with a blue collar bib,
blue bottle, and pink flower comb. They are both pink with lavender hair.
Morning Glory's symbol is blue flowers; she has a pink heart
switch on her chest that lights up. Baby Dew's symbol is a
blue daisy like flower with a heart shaped center (with a smiley face in the

Ivy and Baby Fern (earth ponies) came with a purple double flower comb, pink
flower clip, and two pink necklaces (one for mom and one for baby).
Ivy is aqua with pink and purple hair (pink tail) with a purple leaf
symbol. She has a flower on her chest that lights up when pressed. Baby
Fern is also aqua with pink and purple hair (pink tail) with a purple
flower symbol. The flower has a star shaped head with a smaller star shaped

Twins
These ponies were sold two in a
package as twin ponies. They came with accessories and charms and a hair
comb. Different packages from different countries may contain various
accessories, though the ponies do not differ.
Two separate lines of these were produced. They are
listed in Editions 1 and 2. Twins
would also be released the following year, 2001.

Dart and Dash (earth ponies) came with two yellow
and black bumblebee outfits, orange flower comb, and bumblebee charm. Dart
(left) is pink with yellow hair and a purple tail. Dash
(right) is pink with purple hair and a yellow tail. They both have blue
forelocks. They have blue butterfly symbols.
Drifter and Dreamer (earth ponies) came
with two felt flower saddles (yellow flower, orange center, green leaves), pink
flower comb, and a blue and yellow flower charm. Drifter
(left) is pale green with green hair and a pink tail. Dreamer (right)
is pale green with pink hair and a green tail. They both have yellow
forelocks. They have a yellow bird and flower symbol. It appears
that the bird is perching upon a daisy like flower.
Jewel and Sparkle (earth ponies) came with two yellow crowns, orange
teddy bear with crown, purple pillow with royal bracelets, lavender castle
shaped comb, and crown charms. Jewel (left)
is powder blue with lavender hair and pink tail. Sparkle
(right) is dark blue with a pink mane and a purple tail. They both come a
blue forelock and purple tinsel. Their symbol is a purple tower
symbol. The tower has battlements and a flag on top.
Giggles and Wiggles (earth ponies) came with purple damsel hats (with
streamers), purple castle shaped comb, and purple and dark pink star charm.
Giggles (left) is white with pink hair and dark aqua tail.
Wiggles (right) is white with dark aqua hair and a pink tail.
The both have yellow forelocks and dark pink tinsel. Their symbols
are green star scepters.
Edition 2 (Winter Edition)
Moondust and Stardust (earth ponies) came
with white tutu-type skirts with purple trim, two circular hair bands with 2
ribbon streamers on each side, pink rose charm, and aqua flower comb charm.
They are both pink with large three blue flowers symbols. The flowers are lined
up in a row, with the largest flower in the middle. Stardust (right)
has purple hair and a dark aqua tail. Moondust (left) has dark aqua
hair and a purple tail. They both have light aqua forelocks.
Polka and Dot (earth ponies) came with two ladybug outfits, yellow and
red ladybug charm, purple flower pick charm. They are both yellow with red
butterfly symbols. Polka (left) has pink hair (purple forelock)
with a blue tail. Dot (right) has blue hair with a pink
tail. They both have lavender forelocks.
Fire and Flame (earth ponies) are
orange with a red coat-of-arms symbol. Fire is lighter orange and Flame is
darker orange. Princess Fire has a
yellow mane and pink tail. Princess Flame has a pink mane
and yellow tail. They both have yellow forelocks and clear tinsel.
They have a purple glitter castle pick, and they have the two-part
charm for the bracelet that is part castle turret (green) and a picture
of a dragon (purple) that goes through the window of the turret. Each
has a set of "wings" that are made from tulle (four wings: two large,
two small) that are sewn to a length of green ribbon that is
velcro-ed around their middles. *Thanks to Ken

Sweetheart and Trueheart (earth pony)
are white with purple hearts symbols. Sweetheart (left) has
pink hair and a purple tail. Trueheart (right) has
purple hair and a pink tail. They both have deep aqua forelocks and clear
tinsel. They each can with frilly, red skirts. Other accessories
included: Purple comb, two purple crowns, purple castle shaped crown, and
red and purple heart shaped charms.
Wedding Carriage with Satin Slipper and Baby
Fleur
The wedding carriage has a pink canopy and flower
decor. The Carriage
comes with two ponies, an adult and baby. The set also comes with a
pink guestbook (has two wedding bells on it) and pink camera and molded bouquet
(with a U-curve that fits on the pony's leg), wedding veil, white comb with
heart center and wings on each side.
Princess Sky Skimmer (earth pony) is yellow with pink hair and a pink
butterfly. She has a veil on her head, which could be a wedding veil.
Baby Fleur (earth pony) is pink yellow hair (pink forelock) with a
purple flower bouquet symbol. She has a white tutu with purple trim.
